What led me to this work?

Years of being a shell of myself.

Being so out of touch with my emotions and feelings, my needs, wants and desires.

So in fear of being shamed, ridiculed or made fun of for my opinions, ideas or creativity.

So many deep rooted insecurities.

So in fear of speaking up.

Afraid to own my voice, my feelings, my thoughts, what I like and dislike.

Years of being people-pleaser, a perfectionist, being my worst critic, being co-dependent.

Unconsciously operating from hurt, conditioning, deep rooted belief systems and a dysregulated nervous system. This was how I knew to walk through life and keep myself safe.

Until I put awareness on it.

Went deeper and deeper and deeper.

Into healing work, energetics, emotions, mindset, meditation, etc.

Learned about human design, about the nervous system, how our ego works, our energy and our mind.

Got to know myself a little bit more, and a little bit more and a little bit more.

Found a safety within myself.

Found how the universe plays in our lives. How we are all always guided and protected by our spirit team.

An ongoing process. Always learning, always going deeper.

Enjoying life once again.

Life is about remembering, coming home to ourselves and growing and expanding. This is the beauty.

Your next level requires you to become the next version of yourself.

Last week I was full of energy, activations. The ideas and content just flowed. It was really amazing. I even got back on “the gram”.

Then, boom, fever and the worst sore throat I've ever had. Oh well. Really?

The universe will give us the opportunity to grow, expand, heal and evolve as we need to for our next level. It will send us calibration opportunities like a sickness, an event, a circumstance, a person, etc.

So that we can become the next version of ourselves that we need to be in order for our desires to become a reality.

My throat chakra has always been the first to flare up as I express more of what's on my mind deep down, as I recognize and become more of who I really am, more into my truth.

Deep-seated belief systems: it's not safe to be me, I'm not allowed to show myself, I have nothing to say that might help others, I'm not important, I'm not good enough etc. You get the gist ;-)

This was shown, among other things, by the fact that I was afraid to go on Instagram, show myself and share my innermost thoughts. Absolute blockade. Because it felt insanely threatening. Deep, deeply rooted in my childhood.

Brought up, looked at, healed, found new belief systems:

It's safe to be who I am.
I can be the way I am.
100% authentically being myself.

So, here I am again today, with the last bit of a scratchy throat and a little stronger belief in myself.

This happens when you make the move, take the insp

This happens when you make the move, take the inspired actions and leap with trust, certainty and knowing:

I've had so many awarenesses and shifts and activations in the last 24 hours.

New energy, so much life force running through my body.

I feel awakened and alive and ideas just pouring out - I have never felt this activated before.

A haircut that was actually scheduled for last week. But then the car didn't work, so we rescheduled for yesterday. It just was the perfect timing.

Taking the action in pivoting my business. Closing my branding and web design biz yesterday and sharing it with clients and “the internet” wasn't planned.

But it just felt like the right time. I felt ready. It felt like it had to be done now.

This didn’t happen overnight, I worked my butt off over the last couple months - inside not outside ;-). Going so deep within, learning, healing, integrating, etc. Asking myself some uncomfortable questions.

Nervous system regulation was a huge part, as well as energetics.

I feel safe now, before it didn’t feel safe to step into this new version of me, this new, authentic, vulnerable person.

So much to say about this. I will probably do a live about this, but first I have to gather my thoughts and think it through some more.

Whatever you are thinking about quitting, shifting or pivoting right now. It’s worth the awkwardness, uncomfortableness and comments.

Because what would be the alternative? Staying in comfort, safe, but not happy, not fulfilled, knowing that there is more, that you want more.
